Pulpo Negro


Data was collected from the client to create a customer database for internet marketing purposes. We then set about a six month campaign to drive customer interaction, bookings and subscriptions. This was undertaken through social media, email and direct marketing channels. 

A successful response has been seen over the marketing period with a 300% increase in subscribers.


The client required the updating of an outdated website. The old site was modified to improve functionality and user interaction. The recent re-branding colours and fonts were integrated into the new design.

Customised designs were implemented into an E-newsletter which users can subscribe to via a mailing list. This allows the restaurant to gather important customer data for
e-marketing purposes.
